While the Americo staffing process may differ depending on which department you are considering, the key elements remain the same:
  1. Please review the listing of current openings. Submit your resume for the position, if you possess the skills requested of the position and match the minimum requirements for the job.
  2. The Hiring Manager reviews submitted resumes for the position, and identifies candidates whose skills and experiences best match the job requirements.
  3. If you are chosen as a candidate for the position for which you applied, you will be contacted by a recruiter to discuss the next steps in the selection process.
  4. The interview/screening process varies with each opportunity. Some positions may require the completion of assessments during the selection process. The recruiter will communicate the specific process and requirements to you for the position you are seeking.
  5. If an offer is extended to you, it is contingent upon a background check and drug screening.
  6. If you are not offered a position with Americo for a particular job opening, you can continue searching the Careers section of the website for future openings with the Company. If you find that a future opening fits your background and experience, Americo encourages you to submit your resume to initiate the screening process for that particular opening.
