Our Claims Process

#1 Americo is notified of the death of the insured electronically or via telephone call. We open a claim and forms are sent or can be downloaded from Americo.com.

#2 Claim forms are completed and submitted with other required documentation to the Claims Department at Americo.

#3 Americo reviews the submitted documents, the policy, and other information. If we have questions or other information is needed, we will contact the beneficiary or person assisting them.
